Transactions include:

  • Ace (2025): Senior financing of a Central London residential development asset at a 40% loan to value.
  • Spade (2023): Acquisition of a Permitted Development scheme in London comprising of c. 175 residential units through the acquisition of the senior debt.
  • Club (2021): Opportunistic acquisition bridge financing of a Holiday Park portfolio across the UK consisting over 2,200 Holiday home plots.
  • Diamond (2020): Opportunistic mezzanine financing of a multi-use scheme in central London comprising of a 400 rooms hotel forward funded by Aviva and leased to Premier Inn for 35 years, alongside 68 residential apartments at a breakeven point 60% below market value.
  • Freehand (2019) : Acquisition of US based Freehand Hotels portfolio comprising of 4 assets across 923 keys in NYC, Los Angeles, Chicago and Miami as a bolt on to the Generator portfolio. At stabilisation, this is expected to add c. EUR 30.0M to Generator EBITDA.
  • Grange (2019): acquisition of Grange Hotels comprising of 4 assets consisting of c.1.0M sqft of freehold real estate in central London for GBP 1.0bn. By simultaneously selling the Freehold and signing a 25 year institutional lease at a level 25% above earnings significant value was created.
  • LEO (2018): Sale of London Executive Offices, a 5* service office operator. LEO is the owner / operator of 40 assets and approximately 1.0M sqft of office space across Belgravia, Mayfair, Midtown and the City of London. The team increased EBITDA from GBP 20.3M at acquisition to GBP 43.2M at exit.
  • Generator (2017): Acquisition of Generator, a portfolio comprising of 15 predominantly freehold pan European hotels for EUR 450.0M. The team has turned around operations and uplifted EBITDA from EUR 20.1M to EUR 40.0M since acquisition in 2017.
